DEI is Segregation. Equity is not Equality.
Diversity is a great thing, Inclusion is a Great thing – but when the collectivist introduced the TEAM Equity – No thank you. ! Equity is a financial term when building EQUITY from your blood, sweat and tears. Equity is NOT and never has been a social term until it was foist upon the political machine.
Had DEI used a more honest terms, it would be Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. All and any Americans could stand behind this, but the current DEI being brainwashed into this workforce is simple non sense. Its modern day segregation, but this time against a majority race, Caucasian.
